SHOPPING LIST ITEMS: Beef mince / Mozzarella / Mushies / Potatoes / Garlic / Butter / Cream / Fresh Parsley

Meatballs: 1x 500g pack of Cyrus Beef Mince 1x Onion (thinly slices) 1x Carrot grated 1,5tsp salt ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp paprika 1TBS masala mix 1tsp ginger powder ½ tsp turmeric 1Cup grated mozzarella Mix it all together in a dish, and roll meatballs. You will probably get 15 out. Fry in a non-stick pan in a drizzle of olive oil. The wonderful thing about these meatballs, is the cheese goes all crispy on the outside. YUM!


Chunky Garlic Mash Peel 4 potatoes and cut into quarters. Fill a pot of water and boil potatoes till cooked. When potatoes are cooked, remove them from the pot and place one side, pour the water out and pop 2TBS of butter in the pot, then finely chop 4 cloves of garlic and fry in the same pot for a bout 5 minutes. Then pop potatoes back into the pot. Take a butter knife and slice through the potatoes till the garlic is evenly distributed. Then add 1/2C Cyrus Cream and half a cup of fresh parsley finely chopped and 1.5 tsp salt. Continue slicing through the potatoes till all is nicely mixed. 


Creamy mushroom sauce: Finely slice 2 handfuls of Cyrus mushies and ¼ onion. Pop 2TBS butter into a small pot and fry your mushies and onions in the pot. Add 1/2tsp of salt and once mushies are almost cooked add a cup of cream and allow to simmer for a good 10minutes. You can also grind black pepper in. 

*Serve meatballs on top of mash and dollop mushie sauce on top.*
