What to add to your trolley:

  • 2 cups Cream or Greek Yogurt 
  • 2 tbsp Raw Honey 
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract 
  • 2 cups fresh Seasonal Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries) 
  • 1 cup Granola (or toasted oats, nuts, and seeds) 
  • Fresh Mint leaves for garnish

How to prepare the deliciousness:

1.  Prepare Yoghurt Base:

Mix the yogurt with honey and vanilla until smooth and lightly sweetened.

2. Layer the Parfait:

In glass jars or bowls, layer yogurt, granola, and berries. Repeat layers to fill.

3. Garnish:

Top with a drizzle of honey, a sprinkle of granola, and fresh mint leaves.

4. Serve:

Chill for 30 minutes before serving if you want it extra refreshing.
