What to add to your trolley:

For the filling

  • 4 Apples, peeled, cored, and sliced thin 
  • 2 tbsp dried Figs or dried Cranberries 
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon 
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice 
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil or melted Coconut oil
  • For the crumble topping:
  • ¾ cup rolled Oats 
  • ¼ cup Almond flour or ground flaxseed 
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil or Coconut oil 
  • 1 tbsp Honey or sugar-free syrup (optional) 
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon 
  • Pinch of Salt

How to prepare the deliciousness:

1. Preheat the oven - 180 °C:


2. Prepare the Apples:

In a bowl, toss apple slices with lemon juice, cinnamon, oil, and chopped dried fruit. Place in a small baking dish.

3. Prepare the Crumble:

In a separate bowl, mix all the crumble ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle the crumble over the apples evenly.

4. Bake:

Bake for 30 – 35 minutes until apples are soft and the top is golden brown.

5.Serve:

Serve warm on its own or with a spoon of plain Greek yogurt.
